MOVE 99 YEAR OLD CHURCH— The East Jordan United Methodist Church, built on East Jordan Cemetery land in 1877, is in the process of being moved across the road to be attached to the newlv built educational unit on land owned by the church .

Butcher Industrial Movers employes averted an accident when a large I-beam bent causing the 120 ton building to tilt. The beam was replaced, righting the building and the moving process continued.
